Eating on the Go

Have you ever been in such a rush that you find you are making less than great choices? Eating at a fast food joint, gas station even?!!! Well we do need to eat and it is imperative to make good choices because we are what we eat. Consistent good eating allows us to be healthy in the future. Check out these ideas for on the go eating. It will help, all it takes is a little planning.

  1. Wash and get vegetable snacks ready ahead. Have dip made and ready. I happen to love organic grass fed sour cream and onion flakes and add grey Celtic sea salt, and add chives if you want. Yum!   2. Salad jars are another to go to method. Wash and dry the salad greens, add your choice of toppings and meat of choice and keep your dressing separate so it all can stay fresh and delicious.

  3. Mike and I love raw cheese form Grafton Cheese Company with a green organic Granny Smith Apple pre-cut and in a dish to go. Easy to prep and delicious in combination.
