Alternatives to Bread:

In a pinch, it’s easy to make a sandwich without bread.   Many people need time off bread, those that are “gluten sensitive” and those trying to not to eat so many carbohydrates or perhaps a person just may want more nutrient dense foods.  There are many ways to be creative about this.  Cucumbers cut into slices may be like a cracker, and sliced lengthwise it is more like a sandwich.  Also a wrap replacement idea is a piece of lettuce or kale wrapped tightly around the ingredients.
