We know, we know-- bad time of year to remind you! But seriously, as we're bombarded by treats from well- wishers, we need to redouble our efforts to AVOID this sneaky substance! Sugar seems so harmless and so tasty, but what we don't see is how it's breaking down our bodies (see above), not to mention setting us up for cravings, low energy, and immune challenges.
