What is Nutrition Response Testing®?
Nutrition Response Testing® is a tool to help you determine the underlying causes of illness and non-optimum health. The actual tool is simple and direct, with your body providing all the information and feedback needed. It's amazing, the extraordinary ability of the human cells and tissues, as they bring about Total Health Restoration for you and your entire family.
The body has the full potential to fully repair itself, when given the correct nutrients.
What are you (the client) identifying?
Your body’s neurological reflexes. These reflexes are the nervous system’s way of telling you what and how your organs and other body systems are doing because the nervous system regulates the body’s functions for each and every organ. You can learn about all your organs, glands, joints, muscles and the entire body through this tool.
How do you get the body’s “reflex” information?
Electrical energy flows exist between all parts and organs of the body. This is how your nervous system communicates and controls the body’s functions. These flows can become disrupted for a variety of reasons. This disruption in the nervous system’s healthy electrical flows is what you look for.
Through the Nutrition Response Testing® tool, you will look into all your organs to determine exactly where the nervous system is being affected negatively by a non-optimum health condition.
The practitioners will help you by contacting your extended arm with one hand while helping you contact a specific reflex area. If the reflex is stressed, your nervous system will respond by reducing energy to your extended arm and send it to the stressed organ or body part. This will cause your extended arm to weaken and drop. This indicates an underlying stress in that area of your body.
When you identify the exact right nutrition, the “weak” muscle response in your arm will no longer occur. Again, the body has the full potential to fully repair itself, when given the correct nutrients.
Your initial appointment includes education on how the body functions, how to use the Nutrition Response Testing® tool, and the use of the tool so you can discover how to improve your health and quality of life. At your second appointment, we work out what you need to do to take control of your health and feel better!
How soon will I see improvement?
Every person is different and unique - some find taking control of their health easy while others can only do little steps at a time. Further, some bodies respond quickly while others take time. With that said, we often hear enthusiastic reports from clients in as little as 4-6 weeks. The fastest improvements are from those who most closely follow the program they've worked out for themselves.
Is it Important to stick to the plan?
Generally chronic health problems do not suddenly develop overnight. They develop over years of improper nutrition and eating unhealthy, pseudo-food instead of real nourishing food. This causes nutritional deficiencies and imbalances which then become chronic health problems. Often there are additional issues from chemical toxins to heavy metals, parasites, radiation, pollutants and other environmental health hazards. All of these things have contribute to a person's health condition.
Therefore, the sooner and more thoroughly you get started on taking control of your health and managing your stress, the faster you see results. If you continue your poor dietary habits and don’t use self-discipline to overcome these, you may not improve as much as you’d hoped. Full and dedicated commitment is what will restore you to optimum health, vitality and well being.
What happens next?
While you are on your own Total Health Restoration Program you will go through several phases. Think of it like being in your car at a stoplight and the light turns green. First, you push on the gas pedal to accelerate to the speed you want to be at. Then, you maintain that speed. As you drive, sometimes you have to slow down. Sometimes you take a wrong turn but then find your way again. Finally, you arrive at your destination and you stop. Only, you don't really "stop". You really want to STAY THERE - be it home, a friend's house or Disneyland! Taking control of your health works the same way. You work in a concentrated manner - in this case, weekly visits for 4-6 weeks so you can then take yourself to that next phase. Like the car hitting the speed it needs to be at to get to its location, you now maintain visits every other week. After 12 visits, you can then learn what it will take to get you to arrive at your destination: maintenance!
Maintenance is where you move your visits out to monthly, bi-monthly or even quarterly. During this phase your commitment to yourself will deepen. as you will have experienced and created for yourself a greatly improved quality of life.
